The news happens to be correct regarding Bipin Jangam. This news was featured in ICE website with the photograph of this person scanned from his Nepali Passport and I personally viewed that page. The page has been now taken down, maybe too old of a story. The topic was thoroughly debated in sajha.com too but the thread with the picture has disappeared from there as well. I am sure you could track this person down if you tried. In that process, you will be doing a good service to the nation by identifying an ex-con. If I come across the photograph in the internet, I will personally send that you.

The last I heard was that Bipin Jangam is working in Isreali Embassy. Nepal is a breeding ground for criminals how can someone with such henious history be working in an embassy.
He has also been using the embassy name to exploit people and harass people.
